VumaTap Return and Exchange Policy

At VumaTap, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

1. Return Period

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.

2. Return Conditions

• The item must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and components intact.

• A 10% handling fee will be applied to all returns.

3. Shipping Fees

• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee of R 200.

• Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Refunds will exclude the shipping and handling fees.

5. Refund Policy for Pre-Orders / Back-Orders

Products purchased on pre-order / back-order are non-refundable if the pre-order / back-order status and shipping timeline are clearly stated in the product description at the time of purchase.

By placing a pre-order / back-order, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms specified in the product description, including the estimated shipping date.
