We strive to deliver your VumaTap order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship within South Africa only. For orders outside South Africa, please contact us directly for special arrangements.
Shipping Times
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Germiston. You can expect delivery within 1-3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll provide tracking information for you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Costs
• Standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Free shipping may be available on bulk orders. Contact us for more information on wholesale and bulk orders.

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
• Saturday: 08:00 – 18:00
• Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur. If you experience a delay, please reach out to us so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
Pre-Order / Back-Order Shipping: If a product is marked as pre-order / back-order, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated in the product description. Orders containing pre-order / back-order items will only be shipped once stock arrives.
Non-Refundable Pre-Orders / Back-Orders: Please note that pre-orders are non-refundable, as stated in our refund policy.
